These terms apply to the website samhitaoffice.in operated by Swadesh Enterprises. They do not replace the licence agreement supplied with SamhitaOffice™ software, which governs use of the software itself.

Website content, including features, roadmap dates and prices, is provided for information and may change. Items marked "planned" or "coming" are not commitments. Binding terms are those in a signed quotation, purchase order or GeM contract.

SamhitaOffice is a restricted-supply product for Indian Government, State Government, PSU and eligible public bodies, as set out in the Restricted Supply Declaration published on this site.

SamhitaOffice™ and related marks belong to Swadesh Vaish / Swadesh Enterprises (Trade Mark Application No. 14512843, Class 9). They may not be used without written permission.

SamhitaOffice is built on modified open-source office-suite components. Applicable open-source licences (including AGPL where relevant) and third-party notices are supplied with the software package and prevail for those components.

Brochures, declarations and help files may be shared within government offices for evaluation and procurement purposes without alteration.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, submit false or automated enquiries, or access administrative areas without authorisation.

This website is not an official Government of India website and does not imply endorsement by any ministry or department.

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Swadesh Enterprises is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content.
